We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 — DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items ordered for next-day delivery with Royal Mail or DPD after 12:00hrs GMT may not be processed until the following working day. We always do our best to process orders placed up to 12:00hrs GMT, however this is not always possible. If you have questions about processing times please contact us at sales@tinyfungi.co.uk before ordering.

Our website calculates shipping charges based on the items you’re ordering.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control and may depend on the courier. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days. During this time we recommend checking with your local sorting office, confirming the address on your shipping confirmation email, and checking with neighbours.

If your delivery still has not arrived after this period, please email sales@tinyfungi.co.uk with your order number.

Domestic UK Deliveries

Royal Mail
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 13:00hrs the next working day (Monday to Saturday; no Sunday delivery).
Royal Mail First Class: Aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays (not guaranteed).
Royal Mail Second Class: Aim to deliver the third working day after posting including Saturdays, with a small minority taking up to 7 working days (not guaranteed).
DPD Next Day: Trackable next business day by 17:30 (Monday to Friday; no weekend delivery).

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store and to promptly update your account details so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 20 — INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally.

SECTION 21 — UK AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you refuse a shipment from Tiny Fungi Ltd, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees (if applicable) incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Tiny Fungi Ltd. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refunds will only be given once goods are received back unopened and undamaged.
