Refund Policy (Tiny Fungi)

Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unopened, and

  • returned in original packaging, and

  • in a condition suitable for resale.

To start a return, email sales@tinyfungi.co.uk with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days (bank processing times can vary).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Damaged items and order issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact sales@tinyfungi.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right.

Late / missing deliveries

We do our best to dispatch promptly, but courier delays can happen.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  • First, check your shipping confirmation and delivery address,

  • Check with your local sorting office/courier tracking, and

  • Check with neighbours/safe places.

Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 15 working days after dispatch. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that period, email sales@tinyfungi.co.uk with your order number and we will assist.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for:

  • the original shipping cost, and

  • any return shipping costs, and

  • any applicable import fees (if relevant).

These costs may be deducted from your refund. Refunds are only issued once goods are received back unopened and undamaged.

If you need an exchange, contact sales@tinyfungi.co.uk and we’ll advise the fastest option.
